Rammelburg is a district of the town of Mansfeld in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. It is located in the valley of the Wipper, about 5 kilometers northeast of the spa town of Wippra. In the village, there is a tunnel of the railway line Klostermansfeld–Wippra. The village of Rammelburg lies between the places Friesdorf and Biesenrode. The Rammelburg Castle characterizes the village's appearance.
On July 1, 1950, Rammelburg was incorporated into Friesdorf. On March 6, 2009, it was incorporated into Mansfeld along with Friesdorf.
