Longen on the Moselle is a local municipality in the district of Trier-Saarburg in Rhineland-Palatinate. It belongs to the association municipality of Schweich on the Roman Wine Route.
Longen is located on the Moselle downstream from Trier at the foot of the Mehringer Berg, which at 418.7 m above sea level is one of the highest elevations of the Moselle hills.
