Reimershagen is a municipality in the south of the Rostock district in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is administered by the Güstrow-Land office, based in the non-district town of Güstrow.
The municipality of Reimershagen is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District northwest of Lake Krakow, in an area rich in forests, hills, and lakes. The terrain around the municipality reaches heights of up to about 80 m above sea level. The nearest towns are Krakow am See, Goldberg, and Güstrow. To the south, the municipality has a share of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park. Southwest of the edge of Reimershagen, the Bresenitz River springs, and to the east lies Lake Reimershagen.
