Varresbeck

The Wuppertal residential district Varresbeck is one of seven districts in the Elberfeld-West district. The name of the residential district is derived from the stream Varresbeck.
The residential area covers 2.59 km² and is located in the western part of Wuppertal. To the east of the residential area lies the Nützenberg district, with Otto-Hausmann-Ring forming the boundary. To the south is the Sonnborn residential district, where the federal motorway 46 with the Sonnborner Kreuz marks the southern border. To the west, the residential district Lüntenbeck, belonging to the Vohwinkel district, adjoins, with the federal motorway 535 forming the boundary here. To the north are the Eckbusch and Beek residential districts, which belong to the Uellendahl-Katernberg district; no special landmarks have been used for the boundary of these districts.
