The source of the Lenne in the Rothaargebirge is the source of the 129 km long Lenne near the town of Winterberg on the Kahler Asten in the Hochsauerland district of North Rhine-Westphalia, which flows into the Ruhr at the northernmost point of the city of Hagen in the Ruhr region. At 825 m above sea level, it is the highest spring in northwestern Germany.
