The Glörtalsperre is a small dam on the border of the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis and the Märkischer Kreis in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The water surface is divided roughly equally between the cities and municipalities of Breckerfeld, Schalksmühle and Halver. The Glör is dammed.
The dam, a curved gravity dam made of quarry stone masonry, has a length of 168 m and a height of 32 m. The water-covered area is 21 ha, the reservoir capacity 2.1 million m³ of water. The dam wall was renovated between 2000 and 2003. The water was drained in the process. She was given a patrol that was blasted into it, and drains from the patrol. The air side was repaired with shotcrete, and all operating equipment was also renewed.
