The Seagull Island, also known as Seagull Mountain, is an island in the Little Breite, the westernmost part of the Schlei. It belongs to the city of Schleswig and is a bird sanctuary.
The island is 2.3 hectares large and up to five meters high. Two sandbars extend to the northeast and southeast. The water depth between the Seagull Island and the nearest mainland, 250 meters further north at the Königswiesen near the old town of Schleswig on the northern Schlei bank, is only one meter deep.
