The Geilebach, also known as Geile, in its middle course Döllbach or Döll, in its lower course Mombach and formerly called Geilhäuser Wasser, is an 8.5 km long, western and orographically right tributary of the Ahna in the independent city of Kassel in northern Hesse.

The stream originates as Geilebach in the northeastern part of the Hohe Habichtswald on the slopes of Hühnerberg and Wurmberg in a forest area belonging to Kassel-Harleshausen. Its source area, located in the Habichtswald Nature Park, lies within two ponds north-northeast below the Blue Lake and thus south of the Erlenloch; both are residual lakes created after basalt mining was completed. The forest path crossing located at the lower pond, under which the spring-fed Geilebach flows, is at an elevation of 339 m.
