The Truppendienstgericht Nord, based in Münster, Germany, is a federal court within the portfolio of the Federal Ministry of Defence. As a military service court, the Military Service Court is responsible for disciplinary proceedings against soldiers in accordance with the Military Disciplinary Code and for decisions on military complaints in accordance with the Military Complaints Act.
