The Climate House Bremerhaven is a scientific exhibition center in Bremerhaven. It is located at the Old Harbor and is part of the Havenwelten; its shape resembles a boat. The exhibition offers the opportunity for a virtual journey around the Earth in a north-south direction at approximately the geographical longitude of the starting point, 8°34′30″ east of Greenwich, and extends over the South Pole northwards along the 171st to 172nd western longitude. The knowledge and experience world, covering around 18,800 m², addresses the topics of climate and climate change in three exhibition areas. The operator is the Climate House Operating Company. Since 2004, the director has been Arne Dunker. Until 2014, around 600,000 people visited the exhibition annually, and in 2018 around 425,000 visitors attended.
