Schnega railway station is a railway station in Schnega-Bahnhof, Lower Saxony, Germany. The station is located on the Stendal - Uelzen railway line. The station is located about two kilometres south of the village of Schnega in the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg. The arrival of the station has had a special influence on the village image of Schnega, because the village of Schnega-Bahnhof arose around the station. Today, the Regional-Express trains running on the railway stop at this station, the long-distance trains do not stop in Schnega.
In addition, Schnega station is one of the few rebuilt stations after German reunification, a crossing station on the single track line. The station was also used for some time for the Castor transports to the Gorleben Salt Dome, when the Lüneburg - Dannenberg railway line was closed.
