Stotel Castle is a ruined castle near Stotel in the district of Cuxhaven, Lower Saxony, discovered in 2006. It is attributed to the Counts of Stotel.
The ruins of the Niederungsburg are located on the eastern edge of the northern part of the Wesermarschen main natural unit. It is located about 170 m northeast of the Stotel village church in a marsh pasture on the southern section of a former loop of the Lune, a tributary of the Weser running 7 km west of the ruins; the northern part of the former river loop is crossed by the lower reaches of the Stoteler Randgraben before it flows into the Lune. The artificially straightened Lune itself runs about 400 m northeast of the ruins located in the Großer Hamm parcel at about 1 m above sea level.
