Nordhorn-Lingen Airport is a German airport in Grafschaft Bentheim, between Nordhorn and Lingen about 15 km from the Dutch border.
The length of the runway is 900 meters with a width of 20 meters. Between 1910 and 1914, the Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach family bought the land for the construction of an estate, and also built a small glider airfield. From 1927 this airfield was designated as an emergency landing strip by the Lufthansa. During the war it was used for military purposes and bombed by the Americans in February 1945. The Allies called this Airfield B.107. The airfield was reopened in 1952. There are several flying clubs active at this airport.
