The former synagogue in Blomberg, a town in East Westphalia-Lippe in North Rhine-Westphalia, was built in 1808 and is located at Im Siebenbürgen 1a. The building has been a listed building since 1983.
The synagogue in Blomberg was built in 1808 and had not been used for church services since about 1912. In 1937, it was sold by the Jewish community of Blomberg to a saddler, who used it as a workshop and warehouse. As a result of this sale, the building was spared destruction during the November pogrom of 1938. The city of Blomberg bought the former synagogue in 1992 and after extensive renovation work, it now houses the Blomberg city archive.
