The Villa Plange at Sigefridwall 20 in Soest is a listed building in the style of the New Building.
The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval town centre of Soest. It was built in 1927 on behalf of Johanna and Captain Wilhelm Plange from the Plange family of entrepreneurs, who owned large mills in Soest and other locations. The design came from the Cologne studio for architecture Bruno Paul under the direction of Franz Weber, which also designed two other residential buildings in Soest, the Villa Jahn and the Villa Sternberg. Bruno Paul is considered one of the most important architects of the 1920s.
