The Luxemburger Straße is the main traffic road in Hürth. It starts in Cologne and reaches the Hürth city area after the outer Cologne green belt at the underpass of the A 4. In Cologne, it is also called Luxemburger Straße. It is a part of the B 265 from Cologne to Prüm. In the following towns of Hürth, it retains its name.
It is the main feeder road to long-distance traffic with the interchanges "Köln-Klettenberg" of the A 4 at the city border to Cologne and "Erftstadt" at the A 1/A 61 just beyond the southern city border.
