The Roman Catholic Church of St. Nicholas is a listed religious building located at Kirchberg 2 in Gruiten, a district of Haan in the district of Mettmann.
The Romanesque Revival Hall made of quarry stone, with a west tower at the front and a semicircular apse, was built from 1877 to 1879 according to the plans of the Barmen architect, Gerhard August Fischer, as a parish church. Today, the Church of St. Nicholas is an annex church of the parish of St. Chrysanthe and Darya. From the previous church, whose Romanesque tower has been preserved, the wooden figures of Saints Nicholas, Augustine and Suitbertus have been taken over. The figure of the Mother of God dates from the end of the eighteenth century, that of Saint Joseph from 1853.
