In the 2020/2021 school year, 823 students attended the Haaner Gymnasium, almost all of whom came from Haan. Students are taught by 67 teachers. Of these, 29 were newly hired in the last ten years. In addition, two secretaries and three caretakers work at the school.
The headmaster is Dirk Wirtz, deputy headmistress is Kristina Ottenkorthaus. There is an extended school management with David Butz , Roland Stiebel and Marita Wolf-Krautwald . For each class there is a class leadership team of two teachers each, in the upper school there are level leader teams of two teachers each.
