The building Adenauerallee 91a is a villa in the Bonn district of Gronau, which was built in 1905. It is located on the south side of a dead-end street between Adenauerallee in the west and the banks of the Rhine in the east. The villa is protected as a historical monument.
The villa was created for the client and according to a design by the Bonn architect August Scheidgen, who intended to use it as a residential house and the office of his architectural firm. In May 1905, a first building application was submitted, and the building permit was granted in September. At the time of the structural inspection in December 1905, the plans had been modified again, so that the occupancy permit could only be granted in August 1906. Subsequently, the roofing of a light box and the construction of a garden hut were completed.
