Barnewitz [baʁˈneːvɪt͡s] is a district of the municipality of Märkisch Luch in the Havelland district of Brandenburg with 353 inhabitants. Barnewitz includes the inhabited districts or residential areas of Butenfelde and Linde.
The place is located at 32 meters above sea level at the southern edge of the Havelländisches Luch nature reserve, after which the municipality is named, to which it belongs. The district covers an area of 23.07 square kilometers, making it one of the largest districts of the municipality of Märkisch Luch. To the south and east of the town lies the Barnewitzer Heide, which reaches a height of 87 meters above sea level. The state road from Retzow to Marzahne runs through Barnewitz.
