The Anhaltinischer Saalstein is a nature reserve in the town of Quedlinburg in the district of Harz in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
The nature reserve with the designation NSG 0066 is 6.44 hectares in size. It is part of the EU bird sanctuary "Northeastern Lower Harz" and completely surrounded by the landscape conservation area "Harz and Vorländer". The area has been under protection since May 1, 1961. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Harz.
