Preititz, Upper Sorbian, is a village in the eastern Saxon district of Bautzen and has been part of the municipality of Malschwitz since 1994. It is located in Upper Lusatia and belongs to the settlement area of the Sorbs.
Preititz is situated about 9 km northeast of Bautzen by the Albrechtsbach at an elevation of 152 m above sea level. It is an expanded manor settlement; the manor house is located in the northern part of the village. To the west lies the Teufelsstein and to the southwest rise the Kreckwitzer Heights.
