The residential complex Kirchmöser West is a collection of residential houses and villas in Kirchmöser, a district of Brandenburg an der Havel. The settlement is a listed building.
The beginning of the settlement dates back to July 16, 1915. The then Möser, as Kirchmöser was called until March 22, 1916, belongs to the district of Genthin. On that day, the district committee of the district of Genthin granted permission to build a settlement for the employees of the Royal Powder Factory. After World War I, the German Reichsbahn took over the area, establishing a railway workshop on the site of the powder factory. For these workers, the settlement Kirchmöser-West was expanded with additional streets and houses from 1922 to 1925. The plans were created by the government building advisor Teschemeier. By 1928, 527 apartments had been built, and 2,330 people lived here. According to the settlement law, a school and a church were added over time.
