The collegiate church in Baden-Baden is the burial place of the margraves of Baden. Church and parish belong to the Catholic pastoral unit Baden-Baden in the Dean's Office of Baden-Baden.
The Romanesque-style basilica is located directly on the Florentinerberg in the old town of Baden-Baden. In it, 14 Margraves of the Margraviate of Baden found their final resting place. The church was redesigned for the first time in the 15th century in the then-customary Late Gothic style. Its present tower was built in the 18th century. At the same time the interior was baroque. Finally, the present appearance of the church is due to a regotiation made in 1867.
