The Rammelsberg Barracks was a barracks complex at the foot of the Rammelsberg in Goslar. It was built between 1912 and 1914 for the Hanoverian Jäger Battalion No. 10.
After the Second World War, she served the Federal Border Guard. After the closure of the Federal Border Police site, the city of Goslar bought the buildings in 2002 and developed the current usage concept together with the state of Lower Saxony and the Clausthal University of Technology. After a large-scale renovation, the former Energy Research Center Lower Saxony of the Clausthal University of Technology moved into part of the complex in 2010. The entire site was given the name EnergieCampus Goslar.
