The Church of St. Sebastian in Arnsberg near Kipfenberg is a subsidiary church of the Gungoldingen parish.
The predecessor church in Arnsberg was burned down during the Thirty Years' War. In 1770, the church was rebuilt according to plans by Maurizio Pedetti in the style of High Baroque. After the war, the population suffered from the plague, which is why the church was dedicated to the patron saint against the plague, St. Sebastian. At that time, the pilgrimage to Arnsberg also began. Even today, there is an annual pilgrimage from Hirnstetten and Kösching. In the monument list, it has the identification D-1-76-138-45 and is described there as follows:
