Grevenstein is a town in the municipality of Meschede in the Sauerland in Germany, in North Rhine-Westphalia.
It is located about 13 kilometers west-southwest of the main town of Meschede, and had a population of 849 as of December 31, 2021, according to the municipality website. A stream called Arpe flows through Grevenstein. This is a tributary of the Wenne, which in turn is a tributary of the Ruhr.
