In the spring of 1976, members of the Buldern associations formed the working group "Ortsmittelpunkt Buldern" to build a Spieker as a home and club house. Dierser decided, with the expert advice and significant help of the architect Siegfried Wrocklage, to acquire this Spieker from the Schulze Mönking family in the farming community of Bredenbeck near Senden and to rebuild it here in the centre of the village with the help of the citizens of Buldern on the former vicarial property, which was made available by the city of Dülmen.
