En la primavera de 1976, se formó un grupo de trabajo "Punto Central de Buldern" a partir de miembros de las asociaciones de Buldern con el objetivo de construir un almacén como casa de la comunidad y de la asociación. Este grupo decidió, bajo la asesoría experta y la valiosa ayuda del arquitecto Siegfried Wrocklage, adquirir este almacén de la familia Schulze Mönking en la aldea de Bredenbeck cerca de Senden y reconstruirlo aquí en el punto central con la ayuda de los ciudadanos de Buldern en el antiguo terreno del vicariato, que fue puesto a disposición por la ciudad de Dülmen.
