The Trebnitz Castle is located in the eponymous district of the town of Müncheberg in the Märkisch-Oderland district of the Brandenburg state.
The large estate complex shapes the appearance of the village of Trebnitz. Due to its urban planning, as well as its local, architectural, and garden historical significance, it is under monument protection together with the castle/manor house, courtyard, park, and the former residential and economic buildings. The castle, which is the architectural dominant of the complex, can be accessed via a representative driveway, the courtyard.
