Lieskau is a village and a former municipality in the Elbe-Elster district, in Brandenburg, Germany. The community belongs to the Amt Kleine Elster and was an independent municipality until 31 December 1998.
Lieskau is located in Lower Lusatia, about seven kilometres east of the town of Finsterwalde as the crow flies and 14 kilometres west of Großräschen. Surrounding villages are the residential area of Rehain in the north, which belongs to the municipality of Massen-Niederlausitz, the districts of Göllnitz in the northeast, Zürchel in the east, Sallgast in the southeast and Klingmühl in the south, Lichterfeld in the southwest, Schacksdorf in the west and the districts of Betten and Lindthal in the northeast, which in turn belong to Massen-Niederlausitz.
