The Villa Stülpnagel, also known as Villa Julitz, is a listed residential building located at Am Neuen Garten 35 in the Potsdam district of Nauener Vorstadt.
The originally single-storey villa at what was then Albrechtstraße 17 was built in 1874/75 for Auguste Julitz, née Schulz, wife of the Berlin court caterer Ernst Julitz. The Potsdam address books of the 1870s list the non-resident Potsdam architect of the same name, Ernst Julitz, as the owner. According to Wolfgang Brönner, the architect was also the client and Ludwig Heck was the executing master carpenter. In the address book for 1882, the Berlin court caterer Ernst Julitz appears as the owner under “Albrechtstraße 25.” The family sold the property in 1890 to the Berlin merchant Heinrich Ludwig Eduard Fischer. According to the address book for 1894, it then went to the Berlin merchant Albert Schubert and according to the address book for 1900 to the Berlin bookseller Raimund Mitscher.
