Streckenthin is a residential area in the district of Beveringen in the town of Pritzwalk, located in the Prignitz district in the northwest of the state of Brandenburg. Until December 31, 2002, Streckenthin was a district of Beveringen in the former Pritzwalk-Land office.
Streckenthin is situated in the Prignitz by the Dömnitz River, about four kilometers northeast of Pritzwalk. Surrounding communities include Falkenhagen to the north, Mittelmühle and Sadenbeck to the northeast, Neu Krüssow to the east, Kiebitzberg and Beveringen to the south, Wegemühle, Pritzwalk, and Hainhorst to the southwest, Hasenwinkel to the west, and Birkenfelde to the northwest.
