Döllnitz is a village and a former municipality in the district of Stendal, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
Originally, Döllnitz was a church village and a knight's estate eligible for state parliament. The first documentary mention as Dolnitz dates back to 1186, when the village came from the Diocese of Havelberg to the Diocese of Halberstadt by exchange. In the land book of the Mark Brandenburg of 1375, the place is listed as Dölnitz. Until 1578, the church was a branch of Poritz. In the 16th and 17th centuries, there was a separate parish in the village. Its last pastor was Christian Samuel Stapel.
