Allzunah is a district of Frauenwald in the city of Ilmenau in the Thuringian Forest with 27 inhabitants.
Allzunah is located directly on the Rennsteig in the Vessertal-Thuringian Forest Biosphere Reserve in the Thuringian Forest. In the village, the roads from Dreiherrenstein to Rennsteigkreuz near Schmiedefeld and the road from Frauenwald to Stützerbach intersect. Allzunah is situated at an altitude of about 775 m. Below Allzunah is the source of the Lengwitz, an Ilm spring.
