Gellmersbach is a district of the town of Weinsberg. The former municipality was incorporated into the town of Weinsberg on January 1, 1975. It has 914 inhabitants and an area of 3.36 km², forming its own locality.
Gellmersbach lies in the valley of the Gellmer, a tributary of the Eberbach, which in turn flows into the Sulm, and thus is located in a side valley of the Weinsberger Valley. The nearest places are the municipalities of Eberstadt and Erlenbach, the Lennach belonging to Eberstadt, and the town of Weinsberg, all within just a few kilometers. Directly beyond the former district boundary to Weinsberg lies the Klinikum am Weissenhof.
