Lengfeld is one of the six districts of the municipality of Otzberg in the southern Hesse district of Darmstadt-Dieburg.
Lengfeld is located about 200 meters above sea level at the northern foothills of the Hesse Odenwald. Until the voluntary merger on December 31, 1971, with five other municipalities to form the new municipality of Otzberg as part of the regional reform in Hesse, the town was an independent municipality. Today, Lengfeld, with over 2400 inhabitants, is the administrative center of Otzberg.
