Milchenbach is a part of the municipality of Lennestadt in the Olpe district in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The village had 185 inhabitants as of June 30, 2020, and is located in the Sauerland at an altitude of 400 meters in the extreme southeast of the municipality.
Close to Milchenbach is the highest point of the municipality of Lennestadt, the summit of Mount Härdler. It is 756 meters above sea level.
