Tüschenbonnen is located on the slopes of the Bergisches Land towards Bröltal. The neighboring village to the south is Damm. Tüschenbonnen can be reached via the state road 350.
In 1901, there were 54 inhabitants in the hamlet. At that time, these were the households of shoemaker Christian Becker, farmer Joh. Peter Becker, farmer widow J. M. Dahlhäuser, farmer Joh. Honscheid, farmers Joh. and Wilhelm Kleff, farmer Martin Lutz, farmer widow Peter Josef Lutz, miller Gottfried Ortsiefer, farmers Joh. Peter and Peter Josef Ortsiefer, and farmer Gerhard Steimel.
