Imgenbroich is a place in the German municipality of Monschau, North Rhine-Westphalia, and has a population of 2010.
It is located in the Eifel, close to the historic town of Monschau.
Imgenbroich was first mentioned in 1361. From around 1670, the wool industry began to emerge, reaching a peak between 1770 and 1790. In 1683, Lutheran cloth manufacturers built a church in Menzerath near Monschau. In 1838, a Lutheran church was established in Imgenbroich. In 1690, there was a chapel that later became a parish church. From 1794, Imgenbroich was an independent municipality that became part of the municipality of Monschau in 1972.
