The Saarfels Castle Winery is a former wine and sparkling wine cellar in the municipality of Serrig on the Saar River in the Trier-Saarburg district of Rhineland-Palatinate.
The estate is located east of the village of Serrig at an altitude of about 200 m above NHN and currently serves as a guesthouse.
The castle-romantic courtyard complex, built on two overlapping cellars, was constructed between 1912 and 1914, with architect Christoph Ewen. The overall architectural complex with vineyard is a registered cultural monument.
