Circular trail around Lake Wolzig and Lake Kutzingsee

Description:
Wolzig is surrounded by landscape that is typical of Mark Brandenburg with its pine forests, lakes, meadows and farmland.

From the 723 bus stop, walk on the L 40 towards Kummersdorf/Storkow until you reach Alter Postweg. Then turn right and continue until you have gone past the well-known "Wurzelkiefer" natural monument. After 600 metres turn right onto the unpaved cycle path towards Görsdorf. Cross the L 391, which connects Kolberg and Storkow. In Görsdorf the path leads past the old boulder church to Lake Kutzingsee. Those who stop for a rest here can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake to Kolberg. Keep right alongside the lake and leave Lake Kutzingsee opposite the bathing area and head towards Kolberg Dorf. At the foot of the Kolberg the view extends across the paddocks towards Lake Lang. In Kolberg walk through the village, go past the bus stop and the Alter Dorfkrug restaurant, until you reach the bathing area. Continue along the Blossiner Fließ canal and the Fontane hiking trail (red horizontal line), which is also signposted, until you reach the L 39. After crossing the large bridge, the village entrance of Blossin is reached after 750 metres. At the information panel turn right towards the village green, go past the manor house and continue left along a short stretch of the lake until you reach the fishery at Lake Wolzig and the "Fischerhütte" restaurant. Continue across the grounds of the Blossin Youth Education Centre, first next to the lake, then for a short distance on a forest path. The starting point of the hike is reached via the L 40.
