WT4 Zwischen Eschenauer Paradies und Löwensteiner Bergen

If you're not afraid of the metres in altitude, you'll experience a great tour through the Eschenauer Paradies - you'll get the name as you ride!

The first climb up to Eschenauer Paradies will leave even the most well-trained cyclist out of breath, but the fantastic view over the Swabian-Franconian Forest and the Weinsberg Valley with the Breitenauer See makes up for the effort.

Once you have had your fill of the view, continue on to Löwenstein. Perhaps make a stop here at the castle ruins of Löwenstein or treat your taste buds in one of the many restaurants.

The ascent and descent continues via Wüstenrot, Neuhütten to Maienfels. From the lofty Castle Maienfels, the route leads through narrow winding lanes into the Brettach Valley. This is the home of the famous Brettach apple and you can enjoy it in all its facets - whether as a delicious topping on your cake or as a high-proof reward sip at the end of your tour.

The small villages in the valleys and on the heights of the Löwenstein mountains give the impression that time simply stood still here a few decades ago. Enjoy the peace and quiet and this very special charm on a rather challenging ascent and descent.
