Idyllic circular hiking trail between orchards and vineyards with picturesque views from the Wilhelmshöhe near Hagnau and the Hohberg near Immenstaad.

The apple and wine trail is a combination of the Immenstaad apple and wine trail and the Hagnau fruit and wine trail. It can be walked as a circular route, but also as a hike from one place to another. The bus routes 7395 and 100 as well as the Lake Constance shipping boats can be used for the return journey.The hiking trail is signposted throughout and information boards along the way provide interesting facts about fruit and wine growing in the Lake Constance region and the fruit and grape varieties grown here. A short detour to the Hohberg near Immenstaad is worthwhile. On a clear day, you not only have a wonderful view of Lake Constance, but also of the Alpine panorama. A free telescope is available to all visitors. The Hohberg is easy to spot thanks to its little red house between the vineyards. The Wilhelmshöhe viewpoint near Hagnau also offers a picturesque panorama.The small Chapel of St. Oswald and Otmar in Frenkenbach should definitely be visited during the hike. The chapel, built in the Romanesque style, is one of the oldest in the Lake Constance region. In Kippenhausen, it is worth taking a short break in the village square with its half-timbered houses. The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is usually open to visitors. The local history museum in Haus Montfort is open at weekends. Hagnau is home to the oldest winegrowers' cooperative in the Lake Constance region. If you get a taste for good wine along the way, you can taste it there and, of course, buy it. The Hagnau Museum is located in the immediate vicinity and is also well worth a visit. Numerous fruit and wine growers also sell their regional products directly from the farm.
