All you need for the digital city tour is a smartphone with a QR code scanner.The most important sights are visited during the tour and identified as such by new blue history signs. Each of the new signs features a QR code that redirects you to the online application.
The Villingen city hero Romäus guides you through the historic city center during the AR application, telling you interesting and exciting facts about Villingen's buildings and history. With the help of integrated 3D reconstructions, important buildings and sights can be made visible along the way, some of which no longer exist today.
Of course, the tour can also be taken individually. The integrated location recognition helps you to find the next sightseeing point quickly and easily.
