KJ14 Widdern-Ziegelhütte-Bühl-Rundweg

On the almost 7 km long circular trail, you hike through Widdern, the smallest town in Baden-Württemberg. Here you will experience picturesque views of the Jagst and Kessach valleys.

Whether through the forest, past meadows and fields or along the Jagst and Kessach rivers, Widdern offers idyllic scenery and breathtaking views. On the historic circular trail through the old town center, you can trace the history of the town.

On the way, you will pass the Protestant church. This was first mentioned in 1258 and was rebuilt in its current form between 1892 and 1895, retaining the late Gothic building core. On the way back, you will pass the historic Widdern railroad station.

The museum in the old station was formerly the station building of the Jagsttalbahn, which in its current function as a museum authentically recalls the transport development of the Jagsttal using original objects from that era.
