The pilgrimage route through Saxony-Anhalt leads from the state border with Brandenburg through Altmark, Börde, Harz, and Mansfelder Land to the wine region of Saale-Unstrut, where it merges into the Via Regia. Along the way, you can visit and explore many monasteries and churches.
