Description

Our starting point is the Ziegelhütte car park. We walk downhill towards Glashütte, accompanied by the Schlörbach in an area resembling a broken forest with several wetland habitats in a meadow area. In Glashütte, we cross the L466 and follow the long ascending path through the village to the highest point in this forest area, passing through Leopoldstern to Jägertanne. Once at the top, we continue downhill towards Lamspringe at the western edge of the forest. Upon reaching the edge of the forest, we turn left and follow the forest path to the Schwarzes Holz barbecue area. Passing by the shelter, we cross the meadow to the left, after about 100m we reach the forest road and turn right. We follow the forest road back to the starting point.
