The bike tour leads from Deetz in a loop to the east through the forest landscape in the Vorfläming region and back to Deetz.

Route description

We start the tour in Deetz at the intersection of Lindauer Straße and Zerbster Straße. We drive north along the main street. Soon on the right-hand side, you will see the Deetzer Teich, a small detour for a photo or a refreshing dip is recommended. Then we continue along the main street, Nedlitzer Straße, until we reach the village of Nedlitz. Here the path briefly leads onto the B246 federal road. After a few meters, we turn right onto Dobritzer Straße towards Hagendorf and follow it to the intersection of Reudener Landstraße. Here we have to carefully cross the busy road. Then we continue half-right until we reach the village of Grimme. We turn left and drive through the village until there is a left turn towards Reuden/Anhalt. There we turn left and follow the signs of the Fläming Cycle Path to Reuden/Anhalt. Here we can take a detour to the village center and enjoy a short break under the peace oak tree. Then we return to the main street, where we turn left. We continue following the Fläming Cycle Path and turn right onto the next side street. Now we ride straight along meadows into the forest. The path continues straight and leads us directly to the calibration track. Here we turn right and enjoy the smooth ride. We pass through the village of Golmenglin and always stay on the main street, which slightly veers to the right. Following this path, we return to Grimme. We follow the signs of the Fläming Cycle Path to the left and after a while enter the forest. The path here is roughly gravelled. At the next intersection in the forest, we leave the Fläming Cycle Path and turn right. We pass by a pretty pond. In the autumn, there are countless chestnuts to collect here. Following the sandy path, we arrive in Dobritz on the main street, where we turn right. The main street leads in a large curve to the right, so please pay attention as we leave the main street and continue straight ahead. Friedensstraße bends slightly to the left and takes us directly back to Deetz.

Parts of the route are in mixed traffic, so caution is advised. From Grimme to Dobritz, you ride on a gravel path through the forest.
