Right after the start of the tour, you will have to pass three locks in Weißenfels: the Beuditz lock, the Brückenmühle lock, and the Herrenmühle lock. In Dehlitz, the restaurant Altes Rittergut offers the possibility of having lunch. Alternatively, you can take a break in Wegelsdorf at the canoe department. A beautiful landscape accompanies you on the tour. Kingfishers, coypus, and other animals can be observed. The current is low - let yourself drift. The goal is the Canoe Club Bad Dürrenberg. The distance to visit the sights in the center of Bad Dürrenberg from here is approximately 1.6 km. A permanent exhibition on the history of salt production awaits the interested guest at the Borlach Museum directly on the Saale River. The highlight is the spa park with the large graduation plant.
